These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and xxc777 ("xxc777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at xxc777.cam and all associated services, content, features and tools offered therein.

By accessing, registering with, or using the xxc777 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms.

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring your local legal compliance.

Each User is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Account with xxc777. The existence of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended and any associated balances forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email. You must notify xxc777 promptly of any changes to your registration information. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. xxc777 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your login details.

xxc777 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its applicable licensing requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as your CNIC), proof of residential address and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or account closure.

Your use of the xxc777 Platform is subject to the following conditions of use. These apply to all content, features, games, sports markets, live dealer services and account management functions available on the Platform.

You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Any access for commercial exploitation, scraping, data mining, competitive research or the development of competing products is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from xxc777.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions. xxc777 reserves the right to apply reasonable processing timelines and to require completed KYC verification before releasing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team following a same-source review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of request and may vary by payment method.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be reversed by the User while the request remains in a "pending" status. Once processing has commenced, the request cannot be reversed.

In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household, per device and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the Account without prior notice.

Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. • Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other software to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions where such restrictions apply.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing xxc777 staff, support agents or other platform users.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting xxc777 content without written authorisation.

xxc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks initiated by the User, or receipt of a valid self-exclusion request.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xxc777, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

xxc777's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

All content available on the xxc777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of xxc777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written authorisation from xxc777.

Your use of the xxc777 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store and share your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform.

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy to the extent such consent is required under applicable law.

xxc777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xxc777 is licensed and incorporated. This does not affect your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where applicable.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact xxc777's support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under xxc777's licensing framework.
